Notice on Control Measures Implemented by The Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course Limited ("JCKSC") relating to the Procurement of Goods and Services.
JCKSC has a comprehensive and rigorous policy on procurement. JCKSC requests our suppliers to take note and comply with the policy. All goods and services provided to JCKSC shall be governed by and vetted through our procurement process.
Our procurement process requires every transaction on procurement of goods and/or services to be subject to a set of agreed written terms, either in the form of a purchase order or a duly executed contract provided to the supplier before the delivery of goods or commencement of the services.
The set of JCKSC agreed written terms is essential to protect both parties' interests and is a pre-condition for JCKSC to arrange any payment. Suppliers who commence services delivery of goods or submit invoices without corresponding purchase order of a duly executed contract may face payment delay or non-payment.
Under limited emergency circumstances, JCKSC may request goods and/or services to be provided on an expedited and urgent basis before a purchase order is issued or a contract is executed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact JCKSC's purchasing representative.
